Terms of Use
The terms for using this website and taking part in Whitehall MSA activities. Mostly common sense, written down.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
By using wmsa.pages.dev (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Whitehall MSA (“the MSA,” “we,” “us”) is a student club at Whitehall High School. The Site is built and run by student members. It is not operated by the Whitehall-Coplay School District, and nothing on it is an official statement of the District.
MSA meetings and events at school are school activities. The District’s policies, the student code of conduct, and the decisions of school staff apply to them. If anything here conflicts with a school rule, the school rule wins.
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
The leadership area is only for current club officers. Access codes are confidential and must not be shared. We can change codes and remove anyone’s access at any time.
Dates, times, rooms, prices, and plans change. We try to keep the Site accurate but cannot promise that every detail is current. Check the WhatsApp group or ask an officer before you rely on something.
Anything on the Site about Islam or religious practice is general information shared by students. It is not a religious ruling. For questions of practice, ask a qualified imam or scholar.
Coming to MSA meetings and events is voluntary. While you are there, follow school rules and the directions of school staff and club officers. You are responsible for your own conduct.
Off-campus events and trips need the school’s own permission forms, and those forms and the school’s rules govern the trip. Officers may ask anyone who breaks school rules or these terms to leave an event or the group chat.
We often serve food. We aim to serve halal food, and we rely on what vendors and cooks tell us about it. Food may be homemade or bought from outside vendors, and it may contain or have touched common allergens such as nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, and fish.
If you have a food allergy or a dietary restriction, ask what is in something before you eat it, and decide for yourself. We cannot guarantee that any food is free of a particular allergen.
Money raised goes to the club and is used for club activities, such as events, food, and the end-of-year trip. Money raised for a named charity drive goes to that charity. Purchases at bake sales and booths are final.
Donations are voluntary. We cannot promise that any donation is tax-deductible. If you want to know how club money was used, ask an officer.
We log and sign off service hours for MSA volunteering that we supervise. Whether those hours count toward a school requirement, an honor society, or a scholarship is decided by the school or that organization, not by us. Only claim hours you actually worked. We will not sign off hours that were not worked.
Be respectful in the WhatsApp group, on our Instagram, and in every other club channel. No harassment, bullying, hate, threats, explicit content, or spam, and do not share other people’s private information or photos without their permission. Admins may remove messages or members who break these rules. WhatsApp’s and Instagram’s own terms also apply.
If you send us photos, artwork, or other content to post, you confirm that you have the right to share it, and you give the MSA permission to post it on the Site and the club’s accounts. You can ask us to take it down at any time.
The Whitehall MSA name, crest, and the design of the Site belong to the club and the students who made them. Please do not use them in a way that suggests the MSA supports or endorses something without our permission. Photos belong to the people who took them.
The Site links to Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, and other sites we do not run. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties about the Site, including that it will always be available, error-free, or accurate.
To the fullest extent the law allows, the MSA, its officers and members, and the students who built the Site are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on information on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here changes any rights you have under school policy.
If you have a problem with the MSA or the Site, talk to us first: message us on Instagram at @whitehallmsa, or talk to any MSA officer or the club’s faculty advisor at Whitehall High School, and give us a fair chance to fix it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top. If you keep using the Site after an update, the new terms apply.
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about using the Site. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term right away, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
Questions about these terms? Message us on Instagram at @whitehallmsa, or talk to any MSA officer or the club’s faculty advisor at Whitehall High School.
